Unconditional 100% Satisfaction
We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide you with a return shipping label to ship it back to us. While we do want to make the return process as easy for our customers as possible, we unfortunately do not offer free return shipping labels for international orders. Customers outside of the United States will have to cover any return shipping expenses.
Are you returning a Gift?
When returning a gift, a Gambol gift certificate will be emailed to you, and you need not worry, the sender will not be informed. The gift certificate can then be used for a new purchase at your leisure!
Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 079 6617 0265 or email us at email@example.com so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Gambol gift certificate. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Gambol. Returns we receive damaged because of inadequate packaging will be limited to a store credit.
